CHANGE OF DIRECTOR'S DETAILS
G4S plc, the international security solutions provider, announces that Bo
Lerenius, one of its non-executive directors, has joined the board of Thomas
Cook Plc as a non-executive director of that company.
Mr Lerenius was formerly the chief executive of Associated British Ports
Holdings PLC and remains a non-executive director of that company, now called
Associated British Ports Holdings Limited, a position he intends to relinquish
at the end of this year.
