The Board of Directors of Thin Film Electronics ASA has today granted 665,000 subscription rights under the Company's 2007 Subscription Rights Plan. The subscription rights were granted at average closing price on the Oslo OTC market over the ten (10) trading days immediately preceding the date of grant (27 June 2007), being NOK 10.80 per share. The subscription rights vest in equal tranches over four (4) years, and terminate in 2012.
