Committee operations and members of Suomen Terveystalo Oyj's Board of Directors 

The operation of Suomen Terveystalo Oyj's Board of Directors is strengthened    
through committee work. All of the committee members are selected from among the
members of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors elected in the General
Meeting on 28 May has decided the following about the memberships of committees:
The Compensation Committee includes the following members of Board of Directors:
Pentti Parkkinen, Kaija Pöysti, Pekka Roto and Petteri Walldén; and the Audit   
Committee includes Pentti Parkkinen, Kari Puro and Petteri Walldén. The members 
of the Auditing Committee are independent members of the Board of Directors.    

MD. Phd Pentti Kuronen, member of Board of Directors, has reported to resign his
tasks in the Board of Directors from 1 July 2007. "I will now concentrate on my 
renewed tasks as the Surgeon General for the Finnish Defense Forces. At the     
present I will continue in Suomen Terveystalo in expert tasks," says Pentti     
Kuronen.                                                                        

The composition of the Board of Directors from 1 July 2007 is: Pentti Parkkinen 
(Chairman), Ari Ahola, Kari Puro, Kaija Pöysti, Pekka Roto and Petteri Walldén.
