Roskilde Bank A/S issues subordinated notes
As at 29 June 2007, Roskilde Bank issues subordinated notes amounting to DKK
200,000,000 which have been subscribed in advance. The issue is to enhance the
capital base of the bank.
The notes carry a fixed interest rate for the first eight years and five months
with the option of early redemption after five years and five months, subject
to the approval of the Financial Supervisory Authority.
The issue has been placed by HSH Nordbank AG, Copenhagen Branch.
