payable due in 4 months. According to the sales agreement Bišumuižas nami SIA
pays in 4 months to Arco Vara AS and to Mr. Viktors Savins in total EUR 19,22
mln.
Members of the management board are Mr. Viktors Savins and Mr. Joakim Anders
William Blanking. The supervisory board is not yet appointed.
