R&SA have announced that they have received acceptance for 97.4% of the total
shares in Codan A/S. As a result of the completed tender offer on Codan A/S
(DK0010288638) the share will be deleted from the Copenhagen Benchmark (OMXCB)
and Benchmark Cap (OMXCBCAP) indices according to “Rules for the Construction
and Maintenance of the NOREX Exchanges' All-Share, Sector and Benchmark
Indices, rule 5.8, effective from July 4 , 2007. Last day for inclusion in the
OMXCB and OMXCBCAP indices will be July 3, 2007.
Codan A/S will remain in the Sector and Copenhagen All-Share indices (OMXC).
