1. juunil 2007 registreeriti Leedus AS Eesti Ehitus tütarettevõte UAB Eurocon LT, mille aktsiatest 70% hakkab kuuluma AS-le Eesti Ehitus. Ettevõtte peadirektorina töötab Remigijus Tranas. Käesoleval ajal toimub viimaste formaalsuste vormistamine alustamaks aktiivset tegevust Leedu ehitusturul peatöövõtu- ning projektijuhtimisfirmana.
