On July 3, 2007 A-Selver AS, full subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS, and OÜ Helter Kaubandus concluded a contract for expansion of current lease area of A-Selver AS, in F.G. Adoffi Street 11 in Rakvere. The construction works will be carried out by OÜ Helter Kaubandus. The total lease area of A-Selver AS will increase approximately by 1670 sq m.
