Capital reduction / cancellation of shares from the second share buy-back programme
On June 28 2007, Nestlé S.A. has reduced its share capital of CHF 400'735'700 to newly CHF 393'072'500 through cancellation of 7'663'200 shares (related to the second share buy-back programme) with a nominal value of CHF 1 each, as resolved by the Annual General Meeting of April 19, 2007
