Cargotec's MacGREGOR business area providing marine cargo handling solutions has in July received orders for 48 ship cranes that will be delivered for 12 container feeders built at Wenchong shipyard in China. The capacity of the container feeders is 2,800 TEU each. The ship cranes will be delivered during 2009-2012 and the value of the order is approximately EUR 17 million.
MacGREGOR and Wenchong have cooperated since 1990's and MacGREGOR's manufacturing partner CSSC - Nanjing Lüzhou Machine Company has delivered more than 140 ship cranes to Wenchong in the past 15 years.
