Keops A/S reduces its ownership interest in Capinordic A/S

As an element of a structured sale, Keops A/S has reduced its ownership
interest in Capinordic A/S. The share capital in Capinordic A/S is now divided
as follows: 
						      
Keops A/S: 18,794,018 number of shares, 19.12% ownership interest
SL Nordic Holding ApS: 8,728,366 number of shares, 8.88% ownership interest
Bryde Gruppen ApS a.o.*: 7,739,540 number of shares, 7.86% ownership interest
Erik Damgaard Portefølje Invest A/S a.o.**: 7,344,950 number of shares, 7.47%
ownership interest 
NCap ApS***: 7,230,700 number of shares, 7.36% ownership interest
DKA Consult ApS a.o.****: 6,611,787 number of shares, 6.73% ownership interest
Synerco ApS: 5,981,406 number of shares, 6.09% ownership interest
Others*****: 35,862,365 number of shares, 36.49% ownership interest

The Management of Capinordic A/S finds that the reduction of the ownership
interest of Keops A/S strengthens the Company as it provides for a broader
range of owners. 

Capinordic Bank A/S facilitated the sale of the shares on the basis of a
mandate signed by Keops A/S authorising Capinordic A/S to sell the shares. 

In connection with the sale, Claus Ørskov, Chairman of the Supervisory Board,
granted an exemption and allowed the following persons to trade outside the
trading window: 
•	Lasse Lindblad, CEO
•	Erik Damgaard Nielsen, member of the Supervisory Board
•	Ole Vagner, member of the Supervisory Board
