Regarding the calculation of the number of new shares allocated in the second stage

Ūkio bankas informs that after the calculation of applications received during
the second stage of the offering of shares of the new issue the factor received
pursuant to the procedure laid down in the prospectus is 0.00038494. To find
out the number of shares allocated to the investors in the second stage, the
number of shares specified in their applications has to be multiplied by this
factor.
