Oak Valley Community Bank to Pay Cash Dividend


OAKDALE, CA--(Marketwire - July 20, 2007) - Oak Valley Community Bank, traded as (OTCBB: OVYB) on the bulletin board, declares a cash dividend. The Board of Directors of Oak Valley Community Bank, at their regular meeting on July 17, 2007, declared the payment of a cash dividend of nineteen cents per share to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 6, 2007. The payout marks the 12th consecutive year the Bank has paid a cash dividend and represents a 7.0% increase in total cash paid over the previous year. The dividend is payable on August 20, 2007.
