On 3 May 2007 the General Meeting of Odfjell ASA approved the proposal from the Board of Directors to convert the company into an SE-company.
On 23 July 2007 the company was registered as an SE-company in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, and the conversion is therefore effective from this date. This means that the amendments to the Articles of Association approved by the General Meeting are now effective, hereunder that the company name is Odfjell SE.
Oslo Stock Exchange will receive the Certificate of Registration.
