Invik & Co. AB (publ) announced today that the Extraordinary General
Meeting has elected Karl E. Wernersson, Guðmundur Ólason och Jóhannes
Sigurðsson as new directors of the Board and that Mia Brunell, Erik
Mitteregger, Cristina Stenbeck and Annika Lundius have resigned from
of the Board of Invik. Further, the meeting appointed Karl E.
Wernersson to be Chairman of the Board of Directors. Hereafter the
directors of the Board are Karl E. Wernersson, Rikard von Horn, Mats
Höglund, Johan Klingspor, Guðmundur Ólason och Johannes Sigurðsson.
Karl E.Wernersson, Chairman of the Board of Milestone ehf.
("Milestone"), has appointments in several other companies such as
Chairman of the Board of Sjová-Almennar tryggingar hf ("Sjová") and
Lyf og heilsa hf. ("Lyf og heilsa").
Guðmundur Ólason, CEO of Milestone, and also member of the Board in
several companies such as Racon Holdings AB ("Racon"), Sjová, Lyf og
heilsa and Merlin A/S.
