Conclusion of a construction contract

On July 26, 2007, AS Eesti Ehitus and Tallinn University of Technology signed
an agreement for AS Eesti Ehitus to demolish dormitories located at Akadeemia
tee 7 and Akadeemia tee 9, Tallinn, and build new dormitories to the same
location. 

The price of the contract is EEK 219,240,00 (EUR 14,011,990), excluding    
VAT. The demolition and construction works are to be performed during the
period from July 2007 to November 2009.
