Bure's share capital

As per 31 July 2007 the total number of shares in Bure Equity AB (publ) amounted
to 108,923,767, of which Bure itself holds 2,500,000 shares. 

At the beginning of July the total number of shares amounted to 1,120,569,670.
The reduction of shares during July was due to that 31,332,000 shares were
cancelled in accordance with decision on the AGM and due to a consolidation of
shares 1:10, which was effected with 6 July 2007 as record day.
