Capital increase registered with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency

Capinordic A/S hereby announces that the Company's direct placement against
cash payment dated 20 March 2007 has been registered with the Danish Commerce
and Companies Agency. 

The capital increase corresponds to an increase in the share capital by a
nominal amount of DKK 4,400,000, or 8,800,000 shares of a nominal value of DKK
0.50 each. 

For further information on the direct placement against cash payment, reference
is made to the Company's latest Prospectus published on 23 July 2007. 

The total nominal share capital of the company now amounts to DKK 53,546,566,
corresponding to 107,093,132 shares of a nominal value of DKK 0.50 each.
