Healthy Families/Thriving Communities, and Social Solutions
WHAT: The nonprofit industry is fueled by passionate people who often
find themselves with limited resources, structures and systems
to do their jobs well. As a result, many organizations are running
ineffective programs wrought with inefficiencies. This week, a
number of revolutionary nonprofit organizations from the
Washington, D.C. metropolitan area will gather to address this
menacing challenge.
Social Solutions, nationally recognized for empowering human
service providers and the organizations that fund them to
strategically tie their efforts to measurable outcomes, in
connection with the Nonprofit Roundtable of Greater Washington,
will be holding a roundtable event focusing on this and other
tough issues facing nonprofits today. With a shared vision, the
group will aim to facilitate discussions, promote collaboration
and ultimately affect change in the way nonprofit organizations
are run.
The event will scrutinize compliance reporting challenges as well
as communications barriers between service providers and their
funding institutions. In addition, it will demonstrate how relating
efforts to outcomes enables organizations to more effectively serve
their constituents, report value in the form of measurable results
and improve organizational performance.
WHEN: August 7, 2007, 3-5 p.m.

About Social Solutions and ETO Software®
Social Solutions challenges and equips human service providers and their
funders to turn good intent into measurable change by relating efforts to
outcomes. The company's ETO (Efforts to Outcomes) reporting software
replaces one-size-fits-all data tracking with a reporting system tailored
to the unique mission of each nonprofit organization. ETO Software®
generates a clear and accurate measure of impact to improve service
delivery, earn more funding, and reduce the time and resources dedicated to
tracking performance.
