SUPPLEMENT TO AFFECTO PROSPECTUS

Affecto Plc ("Affecto") supplements the Prospectus dated 20 July 2007,
published by Affecto in connection with the public tender offer for the
shares in Component Software Group ASA, as follows:

    The following sub-item is added to item a) of the list of the documents
    incorporated by reference to the Prospectus (page 103 of the English
    version of the Prospectus):

          - Affecto's unaudited interim report 1-6/2007, which was published
          on 6 August 2007.

The Finnish Financial Supervision Authority has today, 6 August 2007,
approved the supplement.
