Teligent AB (the Company) has on August 7th 2007 published information concerning the Company’s long term financial situation. Due to the fact that the Company lacks long term financing and that the Company’s liquidity is strained the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm finds that there is adverse uncertainty regarding the Company’s financial situation.
The current rules of the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm state that a listed company shall be placed on the observation segment if there is a material adverse uncertainty in respect of the company’s financial situation.
With reference to what is stated above, the shares in Teligent AB (ISIN code SE0000434342 and orderbook ID 3539) will be placed on the observation segment.
The shares will be transferred with effect from Wednesday August 8th, 2007.
