Holmen sells holding in Norrköpings Hamn

Holmen has signed an agreement to sell its shareholding in Norrköpings Hamn och
Stuveri AB (Norrköping Port & Stevedoring) to the Municipality of Norrköping,
Sweden. The sale requires the approval of the municipal council. The proceeds of
the sale of Holmen's shares amount to MSEK 109, which will be taken into the
accounts for the third quarter.
