The Board of Marel Food Systems hf resolved on a Board meeting August 10th 2007 to use authorization in Marel Food Systems Articles of Associations, article 15.1. to increase the share capital of Marel Food Systems hf. in the amount of ISK 3.204.965 nominal value shares to fulfill stock option agreements dated 2001, which shall be sold to stock options holder at the rate of ISK 42 per share, thereby increasing the share capital of Marel hf. from ISK 370.780.732.to ISK 373.985.697. The increase will be effective on 21st of August 2007.
