Central Illinois Bank Hires Head of Commercial Lending

CHAMPAIGN, IL--(Marketwire - August 16, 2007) - Central Illinois Bank (CIB), Champaign,
Illinois is pleased to announce that Bruce Hatfield has joined CIB as
Executive Vice President, Head of Lending for its Commercial Lending
department.

Prior to joining CIB, Mr. Hatfield was employed by Busey Bank for over
twenty-two years. As Head of Lending for CIB, Mr. Hatfield will focus on
providing strategic direction to the lending initiatives, growing revenue
for the bank's markets, and continuing to strengthen the cooperation among
the company's local business lines. "The objectives of CIB, coupled with
