Since it is intended to announce conditions of reorganization of Invalda AB and
Nenuorama AB until the end of this month and to finish reorganization until the
end of the third quarter of 2007, the Board of Invalda AB advanced the term of
announcement of results of the first half of 2007. On August 16 the Board
confirmed interim consolidated and company's financial statements and interim
report for the first half 2007.
