WexTrust Capital Announces Acquisition of Burlington Wisconsin Shopping Center


CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - August 20, 2007) - WexTrust Capital, through its affiliate S. Pine Street Investors, LLC, has acquired the Pinecrest Shopping Center located in Burlington, Wis. The property includes two single-story retail buildings with a total of 102,054 square feet. Its 13 tenant suites are anchored by a Sentry Foods full-service grocery store, and has had a 100 percent occupancy rate since 2003. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Located at 156 - 248 South Pine Street in Burlington, the property has excellent access to Highway 11, Highway 142 and Highway 83, the main highways in the area. Burlington also offers access to large population centers as it is only 30 minutes from Milwaukee and 90 minutes from Madison, Wis. and Chicago. The population is approximately 10,000 with anticipated population growth of 6.5 percent over the next five years.
