Most recently, Marcia was Senior Vice President with Endurance Services in Chicago. Her 24 years of experience in the insurance industry includes executive management positions with CNA and Chubb.
Marcia earned her bachelor's degree in education from University of Illinois. She has a strong insurance and reinsurance background in professional liability and specialty lines as well as being an expert in the London market.
Wayne Cesario worked in the Claim division at Scottsdale Insurance Company in 1999 before joining Western Heritage in 2004 and assumed the role of Director of Claims.
Wayne earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Western Illinois University and his Juris Doctorate from IIT Chicago Kent College of Law. He served as an insurance defense trial attorney for nine years and is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and Illinois and is admitted to the Trial Bar of the United States Federal Courts.
