Conclusion of a construction contract

On August 24, 2007, AS Eesti Ehitus and Eurotel Building OÜ signed an agreement
for AS Eesti Ehitus to build new shopping center situated at Tähesaju tn 25,
27/29, 31, Tallinn. 

The price of the contract is more than EEK 100 million (more than EUR 8
million), excluding VAT. The construction works are to be performed during the
period from August 2007 to August 2008.
