AS Ekspress Group signed a loan agreement

Today, AS Ekspress Group signed a loan agreement with a syndicate of SEB Eesti
Ühispank, Sampo Bank and Nordea Bank in the amount of 43.1 m EUR. The maturity
is 5 years, loan schedule is a 7-year annuity with a balloon payment at the
end. Interest rate is linked to 6-month EURIBOR with the margin being 0.9 to
1.7 percentage points, depending on the loan servicing ratios of Ekspress
Group.
