COMPOSITION OF COMPONENT SOFTWARE'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND AUDITOR
Affecto's Norwegian subsidiary Component Software Group ASA ("CSG") has today
published the following notice through Oslo Stock Exchange. The notice
concerns the composition of CSG's board and auditor.
Affecto has acquired 95.3% of CSG via a public tender offer, which expired on
22 August 2007.

CSG - COMPLETION OF OFFER FROM AFFECTO - NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND NEW
AUDITOR
Reference is made to stock exchange release regarding completion of offer
from Affecto of 27 August 2007 and stock exchange release concerning general
meeting in CSG of 13 August 2007.
As the offer is completed the Board of Directors of CSG consists of the
following persons:
Pekka Eloholma, chairman
Satu Kankare, board member
Hannu Nyman, board member
Lise Ringvold Kristoffersen, board member and employee representative
Frank Kjaervoll, board member and employee representative
The Company's auditor is PricewaterhouseCoopers by Sjur Holsaeter
Pekka Eloholma, Satu Kankare and Hannu Nyman are added to the list of primary
insiders as from today.
CSG will at a later stage operate under the name Affecto Norway and will
revert to timing of making use of new name.
