The general meeting of AS Linnaehitus, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AS Eesti Ehitus decided to increase the company's share capital by 34,500,000 kroons by issuing 3,450,000 registered A shares with a par value of 10 kroons each. Share capital will be increased through a bonus issue without additional contributions by the shareholder. After the increase, the share capital of AS Linnaehitus will amount to 40,000,000 kroons and will consist of 4,000,000 registered A shares with a par value of 10 kroons each. AS Linnaehitus, one of the leading construction companies in South Estonia is both a general contractor and a developer of residential and commercial properties. The company ended FY 2006 with revenue of 539,047,312 kroons and a net profit of 67,494,250 kroons.
