Change in ownership
Pursuant to the Danish Companies Act §28 section a and the Securities
Trading Act a §29 we hereby announce that ATP and ATP Invest have
increased their ownership and voting share to 10.10% of the share
capital and the votes in IC Companys A/S.
The combined share interest of ATP and ATP Invest amounts to:
1,857,224 shares of DKK 10
Equivalent to nominal DKK 18,572,240
