Change in qualifying holding

AS Ekspress Grupp hereby notifies that as of 04.09.2007, there has been a
change in the structure of persons holding a qualifying holding of AS Ekspress
Grupp. 
The shareholder of AS Ekspress Grupp, Hans Luik, informed the issuer of the
fact that OÜ HHL Rühm (registry code 10743222), which is a company controlled
by Hans Luik in the meaning of the Securities Market Act, acquired 23 000
shares of AS Ekspress Grupp on 04.09.2007. 
 
In connection with the abovementioned event, the direct and indirect holding of
Hans Luik in AS Ekspress Grupp increased above 2/3. As at the submission of
this notice, Hans Luik directly and indirectly owns 12 650 244 shares of AS
Ekspress Grupp in total, which represent 66.68% of all votes represented by
shares of AS Ekspress Grupp.
