The boards of Peab AB (publ) and Peab Industri AB (publ) have published the
prospectus concerning the distribution and listing of Peab Industri AB (publ).
The prospectus is available at www.peab.com and www.peabindustri.com.
The website of Peab Industri will be opened 17 September.

The distribution and listing of Peab Industri AB will take place according to

24/9 Last day of trading in Peab's shares with the right to distribution of
shares in Peab Industri

25/9 Peab's shares are listed excluding the right to the distribution of shares
in Peab Industri

27/9 Record day for receipt of shares in Peab Industri

1/10 Estimated day for listing of Peab Industri's B-shares at the OMX Nordic
Exchange Stockholm
