The delisting of Keops is due to the fact that Fasteignafélagið Stoðir hf.
("Stoðir") has decided to effect compulsory redemption of the remaining
shareholders in Keops. The shares will be redeemed in pursuance of section 20b
of the Danish Companies Act. The shareholders in Keops are asked to transfer
their shares in Keops to Stoðir in a period starting on 20 September 2007 and
closing on 19 October 2007.
