Signing of Protocol of Intent

Today Finasta investicijų valdymas UAB and PZU Lietuva gyvybes draudimas UAB
signed the Protocol of Intent regarding transference of rights and obligations
of the pension funds‘ participants. Finasta investicijų valdymas UAB intends to
take over four company‘s PZU Lietuva gyvybės draudimas UAB pension funds.
