Eco-Safe Systems Board Approves Acquisition of Ozone Industries

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - September 24, 2007) - Eco-Safe Systems USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS : ESFS ) is pleased to announce that the Eco-Safe Board voted to approve the
acquisition of Ozone Industries, Inc., on September 14th, 2007. Approval
was voted subject to compliance with state and federal securities laws.
The purpose of the acquisition was to immediately bring to Eco-Safe added
technology and expertise, together with an increased customer base,
expanded parts inventory and additional service contracts.
It is anticipated this acquisition will also reap long-term benefits from
continued product improvement through research and development.
