Announcement No. 15-2007
24 September 2007
Michael Graves has resigned his position as chief sales officer of Danware Data
A/S.
Since being appointed chief sales officer on 1 September 2006, Michael Graves'
main responsibility has been to continue to implement Danware's ambitious sales
and distribution strategy, which has included the setting up of Danware
subsidiaries in the United States, the UK and Germany, expanding the network of
business partners and increasing sales through new channels.
As a result of disagreements surrounding the implementation of the sales and
distribution strategy, the Company and Michael Graves have agreed to terminate
the employment relationship effective today. However, Michael Graves will
continue to make his services available to the Company during the severance
period. The sales and distribution strategy will follow previously announced
plans and all ongoing initiatives will continue. A number of the sales and
distribution initiatives have begun to produce results, which confirms to us
that the chosen strategy is the right one.
Until the vacant position has been filled, CEO Peter Grøndahl will be in charge
of sales.
