On 12th of September 2007, the general meeting of Port of Tallinn decided to increase Port of Tallinn share capital through a non-monetary contribution by EEK 8 835 000 (EUR 564 659) to EEK 2 786 204 010 (EUR 178 070 891) issuing 883 500 new shares with the nominal value of EEK 10 (EUR 0,64). The object of non-monetary contribution is 2 registered immovables in the town of Paldiski belonging to the state with the total area of ca 11 ha.
