Atlas Copco's Capital Markets Day - Reminder

Stockholm, September 25, 2007: Atlas Copco will host its annual Capital Markets
Day on November 20, 2007, in Örebro, Sweden. The registration form is now
available on our website.

The purpose of the Capital Markets Day is to give an update on the strategy and
development of the Atlas Copco Group and also to cover a specific theme. This
time the focus area is the construction business within the Construction and
Mining Technique business area. The day will be held in Örebro, Sweden, which is
Atlas Copco's Rock Excavation Technology Center.

Participating from Atlas Copco will be Gunnar Brock, President and CEO, Hans Ola
Meyer, CFO, and Björn Rosengren, Business Area President, as well as members of
the management team of the Construction and Mining Technique business area. 

We will meet in the morning at Cityterminalen in Stockholm for departure to
Örebro. The events of the day will be concluded with a dinner and transport back
to Stockholm, with an estimated arrival time around midnight. To attend the
