OAKDALE, CA--(Marketwire - September 25, 2007) - Oak Valley Community Bank (OTCBB: OVYB)
recently announced that Stockton resident, Gail Braley, has joined the bank
as Vice President, Area Manager of the Bank's Sonora branch and Eastern
Sierra Division. As the Area Manager, Braley will oversee management of
the Bank's Sonora, Bridgeport, Mammoth Lakes and Bishop branches. She will
be primarily responsible for new business development, deposit generation
and commercial loan production. Approximately half of her time will be
spent in Sonora and the other half split between the three Eastern Sierra
branches.
Prior to joining the Bank, Braley served as Vice President, Branch Manager
for Bank of the West in Stockton, where she managed the highest transaction
volume branch in their network. She also managed their Stockton-Main,
Commercial Branch for a period following the acquisition of a regional
community bank. After the merger, she was responsible for training new
managers in the Stockton market. She has also been involved in training
for consumer lending, branch operations, new accounts and new product
introductions during her time there. Braley has over 30 years of combined
banking experience and has been recognized as a Trust specialist and Cash
Management specialist by previous employers.

Braley has been a Stockton resident for 17 years. She is currently a
member of the Stockton Estate Planning Council and is a former member of
Stockton Rotary and the Financial Planning Association of San Joaquin
County. She has also served as an advisory board member for the American
Lung Association and Lilliput Children's Services as well as a board member
for Stockton Women's Network. On a recreational note, she was a US
Champion in Division B Bocce Ball in 1999. She also enjoys hunting,
fishing and gold prospecting.
Braley attended Los Madonnas College in Pittsburg, California, and she has
two grown children. She and her husband Richard are currently planning to
relocate to the Sonora area.
