JetBlue Offers Even More Flights From Boston to Florida

Low-fare Airline Offering 28 Daily Flights This Winter

BOSTON, Sept. 26, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- JetBlue Airways (Nasdaq:JBLU), the largest low-fare, low-cost airline at Logan International Airport, is making it even easier for Hub residents to jet off to the Sunshine State as it adds extra flights between Boston and Florida just in time for snowbird season.

JetBlue has added five new nonstops flights -- one each to Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Orlando, Tampa, and West Palm Beach -- and now offers up to 28 daily flights between Logan and Florida, more than any other airline. In addition to the new flights from its Boston focus city, JetBlue is also adding nonstop service to Orlando this winter from Burlington, Vt., and Portland, Maine, making JetBlue the leading carrier between New England and Florida.

"JetBlue now offers more flights from Boston to Florida than any other airline. Having the most flights from Logan to Florida is great, but we know what our customers care most about is getting there on-time and having a great experience doing it," said Marty St. George, JetBlue's vice president of network planning. "At JetBlue, we're pleased to offer our customers all that -- and more -- for one low fare."

"One of Massport's customer service goals is to provide Logan Airport travelers with more flight choices to existing destinations," said Massport Aviation Director Ed Freni. "JetBlue's additional five flights to Florida increases the airline's total service to 28 daily trips to the Sunshine State, thus more selections for Logan's customers," added Freni.

Today's flights are part of an ongoing expansion of service in Boston that has made JetBlue the fastest-growing airline at Logan International Airport. From its newly renovated home in Terminal C, JetBlue offers low-fare, high-frills service to 28 popular destinations in the United States, Aruba, the Bahamas, Bermuda, and Mexico. New nonstop service to Santiago in the Dominican Republic begins Dec. 12, 2007. In addition, convenient connecting service operated by JetBlue's marketing partner, Cape Air, is available through Boston for customers traveling between Florida and Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, Provincetown, and Hyannis.
