Telelogic Signs 1.35 MEUR Agreement with World Leading Aerospace Defense
Manufacturer

MALMÖ, Sweden and IRVINE, California - September 27, 2007 - Telelogic (Nordic
Exchange/MidCap/TLOG) today announced 1.35 MEUR license, license upgrade and
maintenance contract with a global leader in the manufacture of aerospace and
defense equipment.

The agreement covers Telelogic Statemate® for graphical design, simulation and
prototyping of rapid development in complex embedded systems and will see the
company extend their existing implementation with additional licenses whilst
moving to a floating license model across all development sites. All licenses
are covered with a two year maintenance agreement.
