Notification of Major Shareholding
The company has been notified, pursuant to Section 29 of the Danish Securities
Trading etc. Act, and Executive order no. 274/2007 on major shareholders, that
Centaurus Capital Limited has reduced its holding in the ordinary shares and
voting rights of G4S plc to below 5% of the company's issued share capital.
