American Ecology Declares $0.15 per Share Quarterly Dividend
BOISE, ID--(Marketwire - October 1, 2007) - American Ecology Corporation (NASDAQ: ECOL) today
announced that stockholders of record on October 12, 2007 will receive a
quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share, payable on October 19,
2007.
At June 30, 2007, the Company reported 18.3 million shares outstanding and
$8.0 million in cash and short-term investments on hand. The Company
estimates that approximately $2.7 million in cash will be paid out for the
declared quarterly dividend.
