BLOCK LISTING - SIX MONTHLY RETURN
The company refers to the announcement issued on 2 May 2007 concerning 800,000
ordinary shares to be blocklisted in connection with the Securicor Executive
Share Option Scheme (“ESOS”).
The company also refers to the announcement issued on 4 April 2007 reporting
that, at close of business on 31 March 2007, 51,250 ordinary shares for the
Securicor Sharesave Scheme (“Sharesave”) and 745,111 ordinary shares for ESOS
remained unissued.
The company reports that, between 1 April 2007 and 30 September 2007, 115,000
ordinary shares were issued in connection with the ESOS and 15,029 ordinary
shares were issued in connection with Sharesave. Thus, at close of business on
28 September 2007, 1,430,111 ordinary shares for ESOS and 36,221 ordinary shares
for Sharesave remained unissued.
The total number of G4S plc ordinary shares in issue at close of business on 28
September 2007 was 1,280,710,738.
