AAMPRO Announces Filing to Change Name to First Capital Trust, Inc.


PEAPACK, NJ--(Marketwire - October 2, 2007) - AAMPRO Group, Inc. (OTCBB: APGO) (the "Company") announced that it had filed a Preliminary Information Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 1, 2007 to report that the Company's sole director and majority shareholder, John F. Vitale, had approved an amendment to the Company Articles of Incorporation to change the name of the Company to "First Capital Trust, Inc." If the Company receives no objection, the name change will be effective on October 31, 2007.

John F. Vitale, the Company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "The name change, when effective, will more accurately reflect the Company's operations as an operator and of ATM machines and electronic transaction processing operations."
