Senior Technology and Media Executive David Courtney Joins Adify
Former TiVo Exec Is Latest Addition to Adify's Growing Management Team

Corporation today announced that technology and media veteran David
Courtney has recently joined the company as its new president, COO and CFO.
Courtney joins Adify to help meet the company's growing global business
needs and to head up the operational and financial sectors of the
organization.
Most recently, David Courtney served as head of TiVo's Corporate Products
and Services Group and as its CFO. In this capacity he oversaw both the
Service Provider and Media/Advertising divisions. As CFO and head of
Corporate Administration, Courtney supported all financial, legal and
investor related activities. He also served as a member of TiVo's board of
directors from 2002 to 2006.
Prior to TiVo, David Courtney spent 15 years in investment banking,
management consulting and corporate business development. He was a managing
director at J.P. Morgan & Co., heading up the firm's high technology
investment banking business in the U.S. Earlier in his career, Courtney was
a vice president at Goldman Sachs, a member of the corporate development
staff for General Electric, and a consultant with the Boston Consulting
Group. He currently serves as a trustee of the Golden Gate National Parks
Conservancy.
