Enclosed is a list of the 20 largest shareholders in FL Group following the recent Share Capital Increase announced on the OMX Nordic Exchange Iceland on September 28, 2007. There are two separate lists, the first is compiled in accordance with the actual Share Register, the second is adjusted to reflect beneficial ownership. The adjustment is made in accordance with the announcement to OMX Nordic Exchanges Iceland.
