The leader of retail apparel market in the Baltics Apranga Group in November 2007 will open the first Bershka store in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. For this purpose APB Apranga established subsidiary OU Apranga BEE, which will operate Bershka stores in Estonia. The established company has minimal share capital of EEK 40 thousand (EUR 2.6 thousand). Apranga APB controls 100% of the company's capital and voting rights.
